New Nirvana file format.
Datasets are properly output.
Current Issues: Assumes double output for now (can be more generic, however).
If files exist, attributes, datasets are not overwritten and writer crashes.
These are minor problems and they can be fixed easily. I just wanted to have
a first 'working' copy comitted.
