CarpetEvolutionMask: get the CarpetEvolutionMask_test_off at least partially working again
* use IO::out_fileinfo = "axis labels" to match the existing 1D/2D output
* substitute IOBasic's reduction output by that from CarpetIOScalar
(it has been checked that the output data are the same, only the
filenames and the format changed)
Still the testsuite is failing because of differences in the evolution_mask output.
