Replace CONFIG_ENCODERS/CONFIG_DECODERS with CONFIG_MUXERS/CONFIG_DEMUXERS
in libavformat to allow building (de)coders and (de)muxers independently at some point + support for this option in configure. Originally committed as revision 4611 to svn://svn.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg/trunk
