w32threads: support for frame multithreading
Replace our incomplete w32threads implementation with x264's pthreads w32threads wrapper. Relicensed to LGPL with kind permission by Pegasys Inc. Signed-off-by: Janne Grunau <janne-libav@jannau.net>
