Add processor splitting mechanism "along-dir" that splits along a
specified direction.
Rename group PostRestrict to bin POSTRESTRICT.

should not have time levels.)
Fix time_t bug on IRIX.

Add debug output in processor splitting.

"Requires thorns: ..." attribute in the configuration.ccl files.
No need to inherit from those thorns/implementations anymore.
