Recommit patch from Erik Schnetter (see revision 1.148 of configure.in):
Set the F77 profile flags as well when setting the F77 flags. This
somehow got lost in the previous change.
This should bring the configure script back in sync with configure.in
now that the CVS server problems have been solved.
