CactusBoundary.m: Change default boundary condition for evolved groups from "skip" to "none"
The "skip" boundary condition does not apply symmetries, whereas "none" does. In most cases, the user will want symmetries applied if present, and it is very easy to forget to set this parameter. This commit changes the default to "none", which ensures that symmetry boundary conditions are applied.
