grid.cc
print angular coords in degrees, not radians
fp.hh
only define FINITE_DIFF_ORDER if it's not already defined;
leave any existing definition alone
test_fd_grid.cc
fix a botch in the test code --> now gives nice 2nd order
convergence for 2nd order FD molecules!
