* swscale: Disallow conversion to GBRP16Martin Storsjö2013-02-11
| | | | | | | | | | | | | This reverts parts of d6d5ef5534d582, that didn't work right. (The tests that were added failed on big endian, and the output looked garbled on little endian as well.) This is due to the fact that the intermediate scaling values (from e.g. hScale8To19_c or hScale16To19_c) are stored as int32_t and thus requires a separate output function, while yuv2gbrp_full_X_c only interprets it as int16_t. * pixdesc: fix yuva 10bit bit depthPaul B Mahol2012-12-05
| | | | | | | It was wrongly set as the yuva 16bit one. Signed-off-by: Paul B Mahol <onemda@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Luca Barbato <lu_zero@gentoo.org>
* swscale: do not forget to swap data in formats with different endiannessKostya Shishkov2012-10-31
| | | | | | | | Otherwise during scaling it will try to interpret input in the wrong way and that leads to the test results disagreeing on different platforms and with different optimizations. Signed-off-by: Diego Biurrun <diego@biurrun.de>

* nut: export codec_tag provided by rawvideoLuca Barbato2012-10-16
| | | | | | Raw audio does not provide valid audio tags while rawvideo does. The fate refs have to be updated because it undoes the previous tag change.
* nut: prioritize native tagsLuca Barbato2012-10-13
| | | | | Use native tags instead of avi ones, simplifies a lot raw video codecs handling.

| | | | | | This reverts commit fc115c80b7bf6f1f5a937ee7f6e14630d99eb4dd. Tests are broken.

* fate: account for NUT 10bit supportLuca Barbato2011-12-21
| | | | | | Some libavifilter tests use NUT as output even if the produced files were not decodable. The support for 10bit introduced in 432f0e5b7d and 91b1e6f0c changed the hashes.

* Revert "swscale: use 15-bit intermediates for 9/10-bit scaling."Ronald S. Bultje2011-08-02
| | | | | | This reverts commit ac0fb5934893be554a44d2a1eb7a3bc7bf39da4a. It causes valgrind errors which I'll want to investigate before resubmitting this.

* swscale: fix overflow in 16-bit vertical scaling.Ronald S. Bultje2011-07-08
| | | | | | We operated on 31-bits, but with e.g. lanczos scaling, values can add up to beyond 0x80000000, thus leading to output of zeroes. Drop one bit of precision fixes this.
* swscale: fix 16-bit horizontal scaling underflow.Ronald S. Bultje2011-07-08
| | | | | When using e.g. lanczos scaling, values can drop below 0, so they should never be unsigned.
* swscale: fix 16-bit scaling when output is 8-bits.Ronald S. Bultje2011-07-08
| | | | | We would use the second half of the U plane buffer, rather than the V plane buffer, to output the V plane pixels.
* swscale: for >8bit scaling, read in native bit-depth.Ronald S. Bultje2011-07-01
| | | | | | For 9/10bit, it means we don't have to upscale to 16bit before actual scaling or pixel format conversion, and thus a performance gain.
* swscale: implement >8bit scaling support.Ronald S. Bultje2011-06-29
| | | | | | This means that precision is retained when scaling between sample formats with >8 bits per component (48bit RGB, 16bit grayscale, 9/10/16bit YUV).
