Remove '\p', '\c' and '\e' doxygen markup from doxy, as it should
improve plain text doxy readability. See the thread: "[RFC] Should we use doxygen markup?". Originally committed as revision 19122 to svn://svn.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg/trunk
