Merge remote-tracking branch 'qatar/master'
* qatar/master:
avs: call release_buffer() at the end.
Add minor bumps and APIchanges entries for lavc/lavfi changes.
mpegvideo.c: K&R formatting and cosmetics.
avconv: avoid memcpy in vsrc_buffer when possible.
