avcodec/codec_internal: Make FFCodec.decode use AVFrame*
This increases type-safety by avoiding conversions from/through void*. It also avoids the boilerplate "AVFrame *frame = data;" line for non-subtitle decoders. Signed-off-by: Andreas Rheinhardt <andreas.rheinhardt@outlook.com>
