* First round of AV sync fixes.
* -r now does the right thing. * frame rate and frame sizes now share same abbv. table and you can do -r ntsc as well as -s ntsc Originally committed as revision 2035 to svn://svn.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg/trunk
