avformat/matroskadec: Typos, nits and cosmetics
Cosmetics include reordering EbmlType so that EBML_SINT is adjacent to the other numbers (and matches the order in the switch in ebml_parse) and also reordering the switch for assignment of default values so that it matches the order in EbmlType.
