avcodec/dsd: Hoist branch out of loop
This is possible by not converting from LSBF to MSBF; instead add LSBF LUTs. This approach necessitates reversing the initial values. Signed-off-by: Andreas Rheinhardt <andreas.rheinhardt@outlook.com>
