LoopControl: Override the flesh CCTK_LOOP macros
Override the flesh CCTK_LOOP macros, so that one can use CCTK_LOOP instead of LC_LOOP.
Remove some outdated vectorisation code.
Ensure the LC_LOOP and LC_ENDLOOP macros match in pairs.
