Turn CCTK_REAL8 etc. into typedefs
Create typedefs for the Cactus types CCTK_REAL8 etc., so that C++ function-style cases such as CCTK_REAL8(x) become legal. Otherwise, e.g. "CCTK_REAL16(x)" may expand to "long double(x)", which is not legal. Configure results are still stored in macros.
